A Shot For Belly Fat?
Losing your pot belly may be just a shot away.
Researchers said they have figured out how to stop fat from forming in one part of the body, shifting it to another part.
Scientists at Georgetown University in Washington said they tested a naturally- produced chemical on mice and found that when they injected it, the mice lost 40 percent of their belly fat.
The chemical, which is linked to appetite, weight gain, and obesity, also stopped signs of diabetes and heart disease.
The researchers said the treatment wouldn't necessarily work for treating obesity, but would be helpful in reshaping the body.
